PNP Natyagruha built Maharashtra's first cooperative-principle natyagruha at Chendre, on the Alibaug bypass — a memorial to late Prabhakar Patil (Bhaau), former Raigad Zilla Parishad president. The Space Infra Solutions team delivered turnkey acoustical consultancy, multi-layer wall and ceiling treatment, and pro audio integration for the hall's 2017 inauguration.
The air-conditioned auditorium was designed for roughly 900 seats with hexagonal acoustic panels, suspended ceiling clouds, tiered sightlines, and rear-wall absorption for clear speech and music on stage.
After a devastating fire in June 2022, the mandal rebuilt the venue with Maharashtra government support and reopened in July 2025 — continuing its role as Raigad district's principal theatre on Sujalam Nagar, Revdanda Road.
