Pune Zilla Parishad — established in 1962 under Yashwantrao Chavan — coordinates rural development across 13 Panchayat Samitis and 1,386 Gram Panchayats from Yashwantrao Chavan Bhavan, Camp. The Space Infra Solutions team fitted the ZP assembly hall with tiered seating reinforcement, podium microphones, and wall-mounted loudspeakers.

The hall hosts monthly CEO-chaired coordination meetings and district-level administrative sessions for Pune's rural belt.
